General Import
The Import module in ALEF 360° allows administrators to efficiently import data across multiple system modules such as Users and Parameters.
Import File Guidelines
- Access the import tools via Settings → Import
- Download the template file specific to the module you're working with
- CSV file name must include a valid keyword (e.g.,
Facilitrol-X_Import_(User)) - Do not remove required columns or change their order unless specified
- Values must match the configuration (e.g., roles, namespaces)
Tips for Successful Import

| Use Export as Reference | Export existing data to understand column structure and value formatting |
| Validate Required Fields | Ensure required fields like namespace, name, or type are filled properly |
| Use Consistent Naming | Keep references and names consistent with those used in the system config |
| Use Valid File Names | Import only works when the file name matches the expected template keyword |
